The Karimpol Group was established in 1991 to undertake real estate development in CEE, mainly in Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Austria. All shares in the Karimpol Group are privately held and no external equity sources are used. This independence, together with long term relationships with construction companies and banks, enables the Karimpol Group to act quickly and efficiently.
The initial office was established in Prague, Czech Republic, and the first office buildings were completed.
The decision was made to enlarge operations to Poland and an office was established in Warsaw.
Karimpol Group started the development of a logistics park near Bratislava. Another office was set up in Slovakia
Karimpol enhanced its activities in logistics and started the development of a flexible, state of the art logistics centre in the North of Vienna, Austria.
In addition to our core countries the Karimpol Group entered into a joint venture development in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia-Herzegovina, and realized further joint ventures for logistics and commercial use in Budapest, Hungary, and Moscow, Russia. Over the years business grew and Karimpol became one of the most successful privately held real estate developers in the CEE region. So Karimpol Group is a strong player in the CEE and SEE regions and will continue to create commercial buildings for the benefit of all
