Colonnade Insurance S.A. Branch in Poland (Colonnade) has been operating on the Polish market since July 2017. The insurer employs over 130 people specialized in the creation and sale of traditional and non-standard “non-life” insurance products. Colonnade offers companies such products as property insurance, third party liability insurance, professional liability insurance, Directors & Officers insurance, cyber risk and group insurance. Individual clients are mainly offered accident and travel insurance.

From March 2022, Skyliner will become the new headquarters of the Polish branch of Colonnade. The insurer will occupy the area of 1,500 sq m.

- The office in Skyliner will help us effectively use the hybrid work model that we have just implemented. We need space and infrastructure that will ensure a convenient and effective way of performing duties by employees divided into groups and working in the office on selected days of the week. The new office will be equipped in more conference rooms, separate zones for individual calls, and a special coworking zone – everything that is necessary in a modern office and in the new model of our work. While making a decision to choose a new seat, we noticed the undeniable advantages of Skyliner – location, convenient access by public transport, as well as modern and environmentally friendly solutions in the building. About the Skyliner
Skyliner is one of the highest office buildings in Warsaw, located in Warsaw's Wola district, at Rondo Daszyńskiego. The building offers 49,000 sq.m. of office and retail space on 42 floors. It also has an application that allows users to remotely control room parameters, as well as book rooms or workstations.

Skyliner is rated Excellent in the BREEAM certification system. The office building is the latest investment of the Karimpol Group. It has been designed by the architectural office APA Wojciechowski.
