We believe Skyliner has these advantages. It is a perfectly located and connected office building, equipped with friendly technological solutions and designed in a way that gives it timeless character – says Michał Miziak, Regional Facilities Manager EMEA at MicroStrategy Poland.
- We are very pleased that the global giant in the field of analytics and mobile software has chosen our investment for its Polish headquarters. In the same way as MicroStrategy, in Skyliner we put the user first. This is why we designed the solutions in Skyliner having in mind future office workers. We focused on a timeless design combined with modern technologies supporting the user, such as contactless access to the building, garage, elevators, offices and an one of the most advanced building applications on the market, to be used by all tenants. Already at the design stage, we introduced architectural solutions that allow for effective use of space and improve working conditions. Importantly, Skyliner combines a number of functions – office, commercial and recreational ones. Thanks to them, the building will be still full of life after office hours. Skyliner offers the business environment which supports companies in their return-to-office strategies – emphasizes Harald Jeschek, Managing Partner at the Karimpol Group.
- The area of Rondo Daszyńskiego is currently one of the most desirable locations on the office map of Warsaw. It is also the largest business zone in the capital, which is slowly filling up with tenants as new projects are completed. In the case of visually MicroStrategy, from the beginning of the negotiations, the client clearly defined its expectations regarding the location and functions to be fulfilled by its future headquarters. Therefore the decision to choose the Skyliner project by the Karimpol Group was almost immediately accepted with great enthusiasm. Skyliner is one of the most visually appealing skyscrapers in this area - adds Martin Lipiński, Head of the Office Agency and Tenant Representation Department, AXI IMMO.
