Projects in Poland

Karimpol Group expanded its operations to Poland in 1996 with the opening of its Warsaw office. Since then, Karimpol Polska has delivered nine Class A office projects in Warsaw: Stratos, Mistral, Passat, Taifun, Equator I, II, III and IV, as well as the Skyliner office tower — one of the most distinctive high-rise buildings in the capital. The total leasable area of Karimpol’s completed investments in Poland amounts to nearly 200,000 sq m.

Currently, the second stage of the Skyliner office complex is under construction. As the largest investment in the history of Karimpol Group, Skyliner II further strengthens the company’s presence in the Warsaw office market and continues its commitment to delivering high-quality, future-ready developments.
