On 13 May 2026, we invited estate agents to our Skyliner complex. We began the meeting with a tour of the construction site, where participants were able to see first-hand the scale and progress of the second tower’s construction.
We then moved to the LookUp Skyevents conference and event space. Guests were welcomed by Harald Jeschek, Managing Partner of the Karimpol Group, and Michał Orłowski, Head of Leasing & Asset Management at Karimpol Polska, spoke about the Skyliner II project, accompanied by the humanoid robot Grażynka, who became one of the highlights of the evening. We discussed the future of modern offices, technology, ESG and market trends. The evening was also filled with futuristic attractions, live music and artistic performances.
