Squarebizz Business Center Nitra, designed around the Work.Shop.Store concept, offers 20 modern, flexible and energy-efficient retail, warehouse and showroom units across two buildings, with leasable areas starting from 470 m², suitable for both local and international tenants. The new padel centre will bring a modern sports concept featuring a sports bar and café to the growing West Park Nitra – Lužianky district.
NITRA, 12th of August 2026 – The arrival of Padel Park Nitra expands the tenant mix at Squarebizz Nitra beyond traditional retail, warehouse and showroom uses, bringing a modern sports and leisure concept to the business centre. The new venue will feature padel courts complemented by a sports bar and café, creating an attractive destination for active players as well as visitors from the wider Nitra region.
Padel Park Nitra has leased 600 m² of space. The lease officially commenced on 1 June 2026, while the new padel centre opened during the second weekend of August.

Following the success of Squarebizz Bory in Bratislava, which offers 27,500 m² of modern leasable space under the unique Work.Shop.Store concept, Karimpol Group is expanding its portfolio with a similar project in the regional city of Nitra.
